Mr. Atul Kumar, Director Atul has 32 years experience in business and industry. It includes 13 years with Tata Power Company, India's leading private sector power utility where he started his career and later headed the Corporate Planning Division. In 1992 he co-promoted and built Practical Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. into a successful stock broking company with corporate membership of the capital market and derivative segments of the National Stock Exchange of India. It caters to retail, high networth and institutional clients including banks, asset management companies and corporates. In January 2000 he co-founded Quantum Information Services Ltd. which provides online services for equity investment and research products, home loans and life insurance services through www.equitymaster.com and www.personalfn.com He is Founder and CEO of Genome Capital and Chairman of the Committee on Trade Related Issues of the National Stock Exchange of India.

Mrs. Sujata Parekh Kumar, Director Sujata Parekh Kumar has 30 years experience as a working partner in associated group companies and firms. She has strong skills in financial accounting, MIS, systems development and particularly back office operations. She actively manages a group investment portfolio in equities and debt. She was appointed a Dealer on the OTC Exchange Of India in October 1991; and co-promoted Practical Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., a corporate member of the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. in 1992. Completed a course on Securities and Portfolio Management at Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad in August 1992. Has Certification in Financial Markets (NCFM) - Derivatives Market - Core Module by National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., in October 1998. Qualified to sell mutual fund products and has completed the AMFI - Mutual Fund (Advisors) Module of certification in financial markets. Completed 2 years of Masters in Computer Science from University of Texas, Arlington.

She is well versed with the secretarial and compliance obligations of the organisation. Among many responsibilities she is the Compliance Officer for Practical Financial and has successfully completed her NISM Securities Intermediaries Compliance (Non-fund) Certification.
